Thank you for your participation in the upcoming event with Immaculate Conception at Renaissance. Please find below important outing reminders and guidelines specific to Renaissance. We appreciate your cooperation.

GOLF

• All golfers will be required to check-in at registration, which begins at 10:00 AM. Shot gun start is set for 11:30 AM. • When arriving on property, you will drive down the center driveway to drop your clubs off with a Renaissance staff member.

• Players are NOT to arrive to the golf course more than 90 minutes prior to the shotgun time. If a player arrives to the golf course prior to this time, they are to remain in their car.

• Players are expected to provide their own PPE and other sanitizing materials. Renaissance will have sanitizer and masks available in the event that a player does not have their own. Restrooms are sanitized every 2 hours.

• Do NOT play if you feel sick or have been in contact with someone who has tested positive for COVID-19 in the last two weeks. • Stay at least 6 feet away from anyone at all times.

• Do NOT touch or handle any event supplies or equipment that is not yours.

• COVID-19 Restriction: Masks will be required at times throughout the day (registration, practice area, lunch, socializing, when in the Golf Shop & Clubhouse, etc.)

• COVID-19 Restriction: There will be no traveling beverage cart, there will be snack shack at the turn and a cart will be stationed at the 14th hole, giving everyone two beverage options around the course.

• Golfers may remove face coverings where they can easily, continuously, and measurably maintain at least 6 feet of distance from players and other persons present; players must wear face coverings when they are unable to remain a distance of 6 feet from others.

• To help us keep the course in great shape, we ask that you:

   o Be mindful of operating carts on fairways to NOT make sharp turns and keep at least 30 yards away from all green complexes.

   o Please use a 90-degree entry/exit rule with carts if cart paths are not available as well as stay out of Native areas.

   o We kindly ask you to replace and fill all divots and fix all ball marks on greens as well as being mindful of your spike marks on the greens.

SNACK SHACK, LUNCH, BEVERAGE OPERATIONS - COVID-19 Restrictions:

• There will be a tented reception after golf with tables and seating for groups of 4 and 8.

• There will be no bar access. In order to receive a beverage during dinner, you must be seated. A server will take your order.

• We ask that you come prepared to pay via cash or credit card. There is NO ATM onsite.

• All food will be serviced by Renaissance staff. Members and guests are to pick up their plate and utensils/napkins, however, are to not handle any food service equipment, serving utensils etc.
